Where it started — and why it matters.

Vastu View International Properties was founded in Dubai in 2014 by a group of property professionals who kept hearing the same story from clients: "I felt alone in the process." Buyers who overpaid. Sellers who waited months with no results. Investors who were sold products, not advice.

We built Vastu View to change that. The name draws on the ancient principle of Vastu — balance, harmony and alignment — and applies it to the modern real estate journey. Every decision we make is guided by what is right for the client, not what is easiest for us.

Today we serve buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants from across the world, operating from our office at Al Fardaan Building, Mankhool, Bur Dubai and supported by a network of trusted legal, financial and development partners across the UAE.

Vastu View International Properties opens its doors in Dubai with a team of four advisors and a clear philosophy: clients first, always.

2016
